To anyone who had anything to do with those BREAST MILK BILLBOARDS! If you haven't seen them, you don't need to. It depicts an African-American baby with what is suppose to be breast milk around hi mouth. If that is actually "breast milk" it is the thickest milk I've ever seen. THEY NEED TO COME DOWN!
