To Cleveland City Councilman Joe Cimperman for his efforts in getting a study started for the purpose of updating the cities dance hall regulations. These are the rules that govern bars and restaurants in our city. Some of these regulations have been on the books since the horse and buggy.

To the Cleveland Police Department TWO investigations into the incident down on W. 6th St. Everyone knows that the problems on W. 6th are escalating, police investigations performed by the same police who are accused of the wrong doing, hardly seem objective. Especially when the victims phone was taken by police and when returned, the video account of what happened, came up missing. I have said this before, WE NEED PUBLIC HEARING ON HOW WE SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS.
