To the Officials of Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia for what Vibe Magazine calls "selective" enforcement of the student dress code. It appears that sagging pants, do rags and any womens clothing is a violation of their dress code. But the School alledgedly only enforces the violations of those students who wear WOMENS CLOTHES.
