To The City of Cleveland for not enacting it's emergency snow evacuation plan (or what ever it is they call it) I like many other was stuck in the freaking snow for SIX HOURS. I only traveled from downtown to E. 55th and return. It is clear to me WE NEED A NEW PLAN!
